Native to Thailand, we have a Certified Public Accountant license from the Ministry of Commerce.

In addition to accounting advice, we offer the following standard services.

Monthly services:

• Prepare the Financial Statements and Accounting Journal
• Prepare withholding tax for personal income tax and the juristic company, and Value Added Tax (VAT) if applicable

Yearly services:

• Registration of the qualified accountant to the Department of Business Development (Ministry of Commerce)
• Prepare half-year and annual corporate income tax, and implement filing
• Prepare annual personal income tax summary

Liaison:

In the event that a government organization such as the Revenue Department requests to examine company accounting records, we can handle their requests on behalf of your company.
